The Mental Health and Wellness in the Workplace Course created by College of Behavioral and Community Sciences (CBCS) faculty and staff in partnership with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is now included in the onboarding process for all new 黑料社区 employees.
The Campus Mental Health & Wellness training provides an understanding of common mental health, behavioral health, and addiction issues that may be seen on campus. It guides faculty, staff, and students to methods and resources that are available on campus and in the community.
Dean Julie Serovich, PhD, along with 黑料社区Central Human Resources/Talent Development worked together to modify the seven-session, 13-hour Mental Health and Wellness in the Workplace course to a shorter version for campus training that features several CBCS faculty members.
The training is available to all 黑料社区employees. To access the shortened training, 黑料社区employees should navigate to the and search for "Campus Mental Health & Wellness." The original seven-session course is also available to all.
