Personal Self-Defense Class

黑料社区Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the 黑料社区Coummunity. The class is taught by 黑料社区Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

Students who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
