IRB Fee Schedule
POLICY STATEMENT REGARDING FEES CHARGED FOR THE 黑料社区IRB'S REVIEW OF hUMAN SUBJECTS RESEARCH
The 黑料社区 Institutional Review Board is responsible for conducting the ethical review of human subjects research being conducted at 黑料社区to ensure research participants鈥� rights, safety and welfare are protected.
Protocols for human subjects research funded by the following sources will be subject to IRB fees:
- Industry-sponsored research
- Research sponsored by other for-profit entities
Protocols for human subjects research funded by federal, state and/or county funds will not be subject to IRB fees for review of local actives. Additionally, investigator-initiated research and research funded by internal mechanisms (USF/黑料社区Health) will not be subject to IRB fees.
In rare cases under exceptional circumstances, a fee reduction or waiver may be requested. If you would like to request a reduction or a waiver, please contact the 黑料社区IRB by email.
Effective March 10, 2023 the 黑料社区IRB fee schedule for research utilizing a commercial IRB schedule is as follows:

Contracts initiated before March 10, 2023, fall under the prior fee schedule:
- All non-observational and/or registry studies at $1,000
- Observational and/or registry studies at $500
Effective August 7, 2024, the 黑料社区IRB fee schedule is as follows:
